I was always wondering why you ever need so much power. xD The Vanilla generators giving to less (except for the DLC reactors- GJ Bethesda for this great balance...) without modding, totally admit. but 200- I guess it's for mods if you highly increase the building capacity and building range.
But also to admit, it's actually a nice mod. More logical than those vanilla windmills which bassically can be placed on the ground- how ever it would wokr decently on the ground in front of a building.. Also usually you'd need to refill the generators with fuel all the time while which windmills wouldn't need anything besides maintenance maybe. ( -> so maybe another idea to add, assign one settler to maintain the windmill. )
Is it possible to assign height data so that vertibirds will adjust altitude accordingly? My settlers are not keen on relocating the turbine out of the flight path... ;-)
Activation switch on wind turbine does not work properly. Unable to turn off power to settlement. Settlers are getting angry... circling the turbine as we speak. Raised pitch forks... call the Minute Men. Help !!
I thought everyone used Place Anywhere/Everywhere. IF so, you can make the windmills (or any other object) any size you want very easily with Place Everywhere.
On my PC, I just look at something, hit the 1 on my Num Pad, and whatever is highlighted becomes 10% smaller. Do that until it's the size you want. Number 3 on the Num pad makes things 10% bigger, and the Period on the Num Pad puts the highlighted object back to it's original size. Easy Peasy.
You do NOT want to click on an object to select it, as if you are going to pick it up or move it, or the Place Everywhere functions won't work. Just go into workshop mode, and look at something (without clicking on it). When you look at it and it becomes highlighted, then you can operate on it with all the functions at your disposal from Place Everywhere.

2.If you don't like the requirements feel free to alter them in xEdit or make your own version

This mod replaces CVC for me as I was only using the mod for it's Wind Turbines.
And here they are, thanks muchly!
I'd kind of like to see if I can make a 'wind farm' of these with a bunch of medium sized and little ones XD
