saw a new mod on nexus with all these new build assets so i made this settlement from that mod
the mod is Ak Build menu by lunchbox Mods and uploaded by 420silentbot420 https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/51677
so the settlement is small still a ton of room for you to be able to expand
p.s there are no doors i could not get them to fit right
