Maybe I am a bit late for this, but... Does this fix the HORRIBLE faces on some NPC's of Thuggy mods? I mean those of the Institute scientists and Gloria.

your mod for tales from the commonwealth requires hiPoly faces?
    Loot keeps throwing that message...
Is there a non-HPF version for people who dont use hiPoly faces?

Thank you for all the patches here.

Just one note - the tales from the commonwealth file, it has a master for hpolyfaces - so I am guessing you are running that.

If this was intentionally, hat is cool, but maybe update the description in the DL area that it is for both 3DNPC and Highpoly faces.

thanks again for all your hard work.

I don`t know if a patch is needed but if yes any chance for these 2 mods?

Thanks again for your hard work

      Thanks, I appreciate that!

I checked DiamondCityPlus and it does indeed add new NPCs that need face files. I will try and do it tonigt before I start my play and get back to you.

FO4 NPCs travel is a mod that I use too but it doesnt need to have these files because it only makes use of templates that already exist in your game so if you have mods like Unique NPCs and other faction overhauls then those already add to those template npcs.

      Hello jchernandez,

Just saw that the Diamond City plus faces are not packed into a BS2 as the other face mods by you.
Is it fine if i pack them by myself or is there a reason why you use loose files?

oh right I forgot about that completely, my bad. It is because I didnt have to change anything in the original mod's plugin that I didnt get to make a patch plugin and create a bethesda archive out of it. Not sure whether an empty plugin is necessary but I can't provide a archive that uses the same name as the original. Might be I need to get permission for that.

Greetings. I was just wondering, what is default size of face tints?

Their default size is x1k and it is in raw unoptimized format. These ones are on the BC7 compression and x512

It would be mega helpful if the Requirements part in the Description tab had a reference to its parent mod(s). Idk how I stumbled upon this but it was not my usual way of checking that area for patches.

I get what you meant, this is so this will show up on the original mod's pages that it is a patch. Great suggestion thank you and done!

    Hello jchernandez,

I plan to install your three mods (3DNPC+OAR+FCR), well find their size exceeds 1.2GB, will this significantly increase the game loading time at the beginning and switching scene map everytime?
Not sure how much benefits it will bring if apply with 1070ti.
And do you have any plan to add supporting for Depravity 1.0 from Thuggyfied? (the companions in Depravity often become blackface after quick travel)
    Thanks a lot.

The purpose of these is to improve performance by relieving the graphics card processing them in real time and saving them on memory with a higher amount of space since the data is raw(textures are 2mb per file, at least 3 files per face, raw= 1k resolution, no mipmaps and unoptimized) and will also process the model file for the face. These textures are already optimized to 512x resolution files that are abt 300-500kB each file.
I am not sure as well because my graphics cards is real crap compared to yours. You could always test it somehow.

Depravity already contains face morph and tint files though I believe they are not optimized and raw straight out of creation kit.

Thank you so much for your reply.

I am not familar with Fallout4's data management mechanism,  and kindly wonder the influence factor for loading time , for example, when using the large mod FO4FI-FPS-FIX in size of about 8GB via MO2,  will MO2 overwrite/combine the original Vanilar data with FO4FI's just when start the game for once? or everytime switch between scene maps? In brief, when and how does a 8GB mod affect the loading speed?  thanks in advance.

I just checked Hookers of the Commonwealth https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/21354

I've regenerated and optimized faces and uploaded it. I didn't get to do that for 3 npcs which have vendor tags(crashing whenever I try to open their records on CK). I would also like to note that some of the npcs I encountered in the other quest mods had troublesome npc records like these for me. I'm not sure why but I am looking into it, could be just something on my side as well.
