Makes those annoying Automatron loading screens show up far less often than normal.

I had added loading screens to my gun mods (cough cough) and I'd been loading saves over and over trying to get screenshots of them. And nearly every loading screen I got was one of the goddamn Automatron models... so after a couple hours of seeing Robobrains and Tesla rifles over and over again, I decided to do something about it! It turns out that the chance of seeing any given Automatron loading screen is determined like this: the game generates a random number from 0-99, and an Automatron loading screen will only show if this number is less than or equal to 20. What I did was simply change 20 to 0.
This mod doesn't outright remove the loading screens added in Automatron, it just makes them much less common. But "Less Common Automatron Loading Screens" wasn't as catchy. It's also an ESL file and not an ESP, so it won't count towards your plugin limit.
