Personal Shelter is a 3-story interior full settlement player home with a backstory, designed as an intermission hub. The interior is a fusion of Vaul-Tec with Institute equipment and High-Tech. It's located northeast of Diamond City. It features plenty of space for the player character, spouse, Dogmeat and Codsworth. It includes a companion/provisioner bedroom. The mod introduces a cleaning mechanic, tables will collect dust and floors will get dirty every time you revisit the area, the NPC's will clean them from time to time.

Mods that alter the entrance area will be incompatible with changes made to the navmesh. NPC's won't be able to enter/leave the shelter if sent to/already in the area. Place at bottom of load order to resolve the issue.
