This mod is the product of more than 5 years of intense work and continued improvements, so if you like it, don't forget to endorse, it is a small thing, but it's nice.

I know there is a awful lot of text to read, and believe me, I made my best to cut off the length, so I'll be lenient on that, but at least, read the aforementioned article, and try to read the latests patchnotes.
I take NO requests and NO suggestions.
I also have a few things planned for new/overhauled perks, so it won't only be a translation update.
As for the release date, considering I always work on the French version first, and then replicate the changes on the English version, I cannot provide any date as of now.
this is one of the perk overhauls that I'm willing to give a try on my next FO4 run (hoping that the new English update will be out by then). It looks like a lot of fun. Should I assume that the mod isn't compatible with Power Armor overhauls which heavily depend on vanilla perks, like this one ?
Thank you for sharing your creations with us. They're all pretty unique, and I'm already fan of several of your mods.
As for the new english update, I must admit I have barely worked on it since the announcement, life have gotten in the way and I had to put this in the backburner.
I'll try going back at it as soon as I can, in the meantime, feel free to use it anyway, I guarantee you an exciting experience
I think smoothing out the translation remains a good idea however, just because it's always a bit jarring to players (at least to me) having to switch between different levels of English inside a game. I hope you know I don't mean any offence. It's the same with introducing a sentence in a heavy Scottish, Irish or American accent for example, and finishing it with posh London gentry English. There is nothing wrong with it, the game remains entirely playable and enjoyable, it's just unnecessarily distracting.
I just think it would help with the popularity of your mod, which looks very good to me, but there is no rush to get it done of course. Whenever you feel like it.
I can still play without use that perk like if not exist, not a big deal but... wanted to say just in case someone else is with the same problem, or if really is a problem or just me missing something.
EDIT: I tried the previous version 3.0.9b and on this one the perk works
so you start out with the most basic skills of the tree but as you use these skills, you progress your skills and then choose the perks along with it, is it not possible for FO4 to have this kind of progression system for every perk tree or something?
because it would be nice to have the ability to pick a lock regardless the lock difficulty, but it would be harder to pick and not just deny you the ability to pick the lock simply because it outranks you, i guess something would have to make the hacking harder like adding more words to the scrambled hacking or something to make it harder and more random to properly work right in that system.
it would be great if the player could take advantage of both as it functioned so well in skyrim, i have seen modders for skyrim flip assets used in FO4 to be used in skyrim, like the vault door opening and closing sequence was added to a dwemer mod that i saw, but i want to know if this could also work to fix the combat for the melee aspects in FO4?
or is this also a hard coded thing that is impossible to fix in this game?
