I decided to use the command "scrapall" in the console with Scrap Everything mod installed to remove the screen, projection booth, parking pillars etc., and make my best use of the Starlight drive-in's space. I only put the essentials for 26 settlers and my own floor, with my own room. That way I leave you a lot of scope to add your personal touch. - To activate/deactivate this settlement recruitment beacon, access the terminal near the workshop bench to turn on/off the switch.
