   sooo I dont know if im retarded and something went wrong but I installed all the requirements and the mod; everything seems to be working correctly but when i visit starlight nothing has changed. Do I need to be in a certain stage of the game for this mod to work? Just started playing

   Looks tempting . Just wondering how the screen ,projection booth, parking pillars etc. were removed from the area.

      I use the Scrap Everything mod and the "scrapall" command on console.

      Was the answer to my question at the very bottom of the page all along? ( sorry should have looked further down). Regardless while waiting for a response I stared building a considerably more modest , non settlement version .

   This really looks fantastic! The number of mod requirements kinda put me off though, perhaps I'll use it in a future playthrough :)
