**This is a fan made modification made with unofficial tools. Use this at your own risk, and back up all save files and mods before using.**
**DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE PORT THIS MOD TO CONSOLES. IT'S NOT A PERMISSIONS ISSUE, IT'S A COMPATIBILITY ISSUE.**
The images are gif comparisons, please wait a minute for them to load. No other mods are used in the comparison images. For people who use mods that make the game darker, this should help.
Does not require any DLC, but does work with all DLC. Does not use a plugin as it's only loose material files. I'll probably upload an optional archived version with a plugin once I feel confident that no further adjustments will be made - I'm really lazy.
Please point out anything that you think could be improved, as I will surely adjust specific objects in a future update. For the most part, this was a blanket 50% reduction in reflection intensity and color output... whatever that even means.
When this mod is polished and tested enough I will probably include it in clarity. I'm also working on a static depth of field mod that helps blur the jagginess of very distant trees and lod that I hope to include eventually as well.
As with all of my mods please feel free to edit/re-upload as you wish.
THANK YOU to ousnius for creating the tool used to make this mod: Material Editor The editor works perfectly, and you'll need it if you want to edit material files.
