my journey go through sanctuary of hell instead into sanctuary of peace. A fire outside that can kill also with feral ghoul as neighbour. kinda funny though.
Problems were (likely) entirely my fault, After countless changes to Load Order, Mods, procedures and testing and removing Prewar Concord and Prewar communities... (The former is pretty interesting but weird requirements and seems to roll over RR molerat cave area... both pretty unacceptable). Thought I'd give yours one last go around and...
"It just works..."
Totally worth the effort!
The weather effect is just stunning.
NOTES: Quick menu doesn't work right off save and reload, or time (or something) gets it going somehow. Getting to hardware store and back was weird-ish. But work-aroundable. End of RR road ok (not by car), (just keep hitting door to get back). More Concord street/museum/house interiors would be astonishing, but what you have done is absolutely amazing. May save effort to carry in more things by original ref than hardcoding new, IDK... Quite a few typos but I get it, you got it done, and very well you did!
So glad you made this!
The framework is your doing too, that's serious! Damn now have to check out Dreamspace - Old House - A Memory Pod Experience. Do you have a tutorial on making VR worldspace for framework? Previously mentioned mods and 2077 -As It Was all which seem to mess with pre/post world space could get new life from this implementation.
Actually it's pretty easy the way I set it up. -Set the Memorypod.esl as your master file -Just add a door in this one cell where the door to VR Sanctuary leads too and that's it. -Then add a worldspace, indoor cell, whatever that's up to one's imagination.
As a side note I might suggest checking the "Companions can't travel here" checkbox for indoor cells and worldspaces
Is there a way I can force the RR workshop to activate? I'm having an issue where paying $12000 for the RR doesn't actually unlock the workshop (the rest of Sanctuary is fine, though).
Sorry for the double post, but I was wondering if this is a mechanic or a bug. When I'm inside the simulation, I can't use any of my items, even ones that are hotkeyed. I can't 'pull out' my fists either. I'm going to assume this is a mechanic, since the exact same thing happens in Kellogg's memories. If so, would it be possible for you to remove this mechanic and let the players do whatever they want inside the simulation? There are a few favorited mod items that I would like to use in order to build inside the simulation, among other things, but right now I'm unabled to.
