We checked all the mods on this list using FO4Edit and found no conflicts with Xoren Games - Cabot House Enhanced Quests to confirm compatibility. Then we tested all these mods together for over 1 week with no issues.

How to Confirm Xoren Games - Cabot House Enhanced Quests Is Starting Correctly (Story Spoilers)
You can use these steps to check if Xoren Games - Cabot House Enhanced Quests is starting correctly.
The Secret of Cabot House main quest (MS09) will proceed with all the original (vanilla Fallout 4) dialogue options, if you don't ask Lorenzo to reason with his family (see the following screen capture). This is the key dialogue choice that enables all the new and edited dialogue options in the current 1.0 version of this mod. If you side with Jack in killing Lorenzo or chose to help Lorenzo get revenge by killing his family, then the vanilla dialogue is used. If you don't see this dialogue choice right after you free Lorenzo, I recommend checking for any mods that conflict with quest MS09 and verifying your load order.

A: By default the original Fallout 4 game places Edward Deegan automatically in Bunker Hill, The Third Rail in Goodneighbor or the Dugout Inn in Diamond City; Edward Deegan will approach your main character and offer a job which starts the Cabot house quest line.
