NV4 Description
Full-auto ballistic rifle. A moderate fire rate yields increased stability for best-in-class accuracy. Ideal for mid-to-long range engagements."— In-game Infinite Warfare description.

"The NV4 (referred to as M4 in the game files) is a Kendall Ballistics assault rifle featured in Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
The NV4 appears to be SATO's default assault rifle as virtually every soldier is seen wielding it, meaning that replenishing ammo for the NV4 is fairly easy.
The NV4, along with the R3K, is the first assault rifle to be unlocked in Infinite Warfare, at rank 4.
Unlike many of the weapons of Infinite Warfare, the NV4 is a ballistic weapon, meaning that certain attachments, such as extended magazines, are only available to it, and that it can punch through walls."

OVERVIEW
Details about the REDUX version

It will add three new rifles into the game, default, Flatline, and Chaos. Each gun will be unique in their own rights, each gun will be useful for different types of engagements with the common variants to choose from first alongside 3 new outfits from IW ported by BZW

But first the basics, each gun will be using ported sights from IW, Reflex, ELO, Scout Hybrid, VMC, Trojan, and Thermal, for Scout Hybrid and VMC the toggled sights will be available.

Now onto the Perk system, I have gone with the Candy Perk system in which you may select any perks you wish. Each perk will have its own benefits and can contribute to some rad builds! Of course the perks will increase in power each upgrade, starting with pretty basic perks to the game changing perks.

About the attachments, instead of doing the regular receiver, stock or grip upgrades I have decided to pack it together to add more variety and to encourage the build aspect, so you will have the option to choose between Extended mags, quickdraw, FMJ, foregrip, lasersight, rifled barrel, suppressor, stock, and Hollow Point each accessory will have their own unique upgrade and ability that will affect your build.

The guns, as I mentioned before I want each gun to be unique and viable for situations, I don't want one gun to be OP forever over another gun, each rifle will be suited for specific situations but can be upgraded to be good in areas in which before it wasn't, so let's get to the details of what I mean!

The Default variant is the average gun, average speed, average recoil, average reload speed, average damage.
The Flatline variant is a very slow shooting gun but extremely hard hitting, slow reload, but also low recoil. Having the highest default damage of the variants it would be suitable for engagements where there's no rush.
The Chaos variant is a fast shooting, fast reload weapon that despite having high recoil, low damage can bring down an enemy at a fast pace, getting chased by a Deathclaw? Dump a mag into that scary bugger and quickly reload, it's a suitable weapon for certain encounters, but not as effective in others compared to the other variants.

I say all this... But I must say that the guns won't be like this forever, you can upgrade your weapon, earning perks for your weapon to create builds, making it effective evenly. For example, the Flatline variant is a slow hard hitting weapon, but over time you can upgrade the weapon to be an ultimate epic variant of the default gun, of course it won't be overpowering in these other areas but it can be very strong for endgame. Each gun will start off being good in their own rights in their own field, but overtime can be created into something special, your ch
oice.
