First Clue ,Guard Tower at V111
Clone of vault 88 , cut into smaller sections
ALWAYS REMEMBER ITS BEST NOT TO REMOVE A MOD MID SAVE, DO SO AT OWN RISK
FEATURES
:Interior Settlement
:Large Build area
:Works with Sim Settlements.
:Fully Navmeshed
: Supply lines work fine.
: No Cows
:4/5 interiors: Section one ready now.others to come
SECTION 1
:First section of vault 88
:Vault Tec Workshop snap point
:Water Source
:Extended Subway tunnels to build in.
: Clean area ,no scrapping needed.
: Needs Power
SECTION 2
:2md section now open
:Clean area ,nothing to scrap
: Exit and re-enter section 2 at least once before building.
: Issue: lighting isn't set up correct but will hopefully fix in future update.(no idea why I cant change the template :)

:Large water supply
