What This Is
This is a simple Settlement Blueprint for Sanctuary Hills mostly made up of Sim Settlement plots.
Made this mainly cause I'm a lazy guy who prefers quick pre-made settlements with the essentials like workbenches and stores. No need for that other fancy decorating and stuff.
The general rule before importing is to scrap everything you can as vanilla as possible (without "Scrap everything" mods) but you can import this Blueprint and scrap afterwards if you want. It's pretty easy to spot trees sticking out of plots where they shouldn't be. Easy peezy.
This settlement can hold up to 26 settlers straight up. So it's pretty beefy. Keep that in mind.
This blueprint by default will take slot 34 (You can change it to any other slot as long as it's between the numbers 1 and 50 with a quick rename to the folder)
Alternate Blueprint is available and is intended for 24 settlers but the beds placed is up to 30 (I don't know why). While making this I had to nuke and re-import my previous Blueprint minus the SS plots and experienced broken power grids despite my double-checking every wire (It's a Transfer Settlements thing apparently).
A Quick note for those who don't know that even if you don't have the required mod(s) the Transfer Settlements mod simply won't import the items/objects from those mod(s) and you'll still get everything else although it may look empty and out-of-place.
