About this mod

I revisited Croup Manor and decided to rebuild the settlement, whilst keeping the main building mostly intact. I installed Rebuilt Croup Manor by rdunlap and built the settlement using rdunlap's main building and theme.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
I downloaded Rebuilt Croup Manor by rdunlap and decided to try and create a lore friendly settlement around that theme. I kept the main building mostly intact, with the exception of two walls on the 1st floor, the roof decking and some railings (these
were removed in normal build mode)
. I kept the rest of rdunlap's theme including the stairs down to the beach, I connected these to the wraparound porch.

What did I remove?
(see pictures)
  • 2 walls on the first floor to allow access to the balcony.
  • The deck roof and replaced it with a balcony.
  • A couple of railings and deck steps and replaced them with a wraparound deck.
  • A couple of rocks that poked through the floor.
No further changes were made to the exterior or interior of the building, including the cellar.

What did I add?
(see pictures)
  • 2 doors on the first floor allowing access to balcony and 1st floor.
  • A wraparound balcony on the 1st floor.
  • A wraparound deck on the ground floor.
  • 6 two storey buildings with staircase (My thoughts were stores on the ground floor, apartments on the 1st).
  • A workshop/room (The workbench has been placed here).
What you need to do:
You should have F4SE, HUDFramework, and Transfer Settlements installed.

  • Download and install Rebuilt Croup Manor by rdunlap  (See Requirements drop down list).
  • Remove 2 walls on 1st floor, deck roof, a couple of railings and deck steps. (See Starting point pictures).
  • Download This file and unzip to C:\ProgramFiles(x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/Fallout4/data/f4se/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/ (Paste .json file to empty slot)
  • Download and install required mods (See Requirements drop down list)
  • Import Blueprint from slot you selected and follow blueprint instructions.

If you are not sure what to remove, you could import the blueprint and then delete what is in your way (I highly recommend saving before deleting).

This build is almost identical to my other Croup Manor build with the exception of colour scheme, the extra decking for rdunlap's stairs and the fact that it is built with rdunlap's Rebuilt Croup Manor mod.

This is a TRANSFER SETTLEMENT BLUEPRINT, so you need to have Transfer Settlements by CDante  installed and working.

When you have done that you will only need 2 other mods installed:-
  • Rebuilt Croup Manor by rdunlap
  • Snappy House Kit by robboten
You only need Move that Workbench installed, if you want to move the workbench (Really?)
