Description:
An ENB preset based on l00ping's PhotoRealistic Commonwealth preset.
Designed to give the game a Fallout 76 bright bloomy intense-lens-flare..y... Look to it.
Recommended mods:
This mod was designed to work with Seventy Six Weathers by LertKrush , Boston Natural Surroundings by Silverfox600 , Night Time Godrays by Bretton , FFO by MaxG3D , Darker Nights (Dark Option) by unforbidable , ELFX by Anamorfus , and lastly my edited version of Summer Grass by Luxor8071 (mod removed for some reason).
Extreme Particle Overhaul is NOT RECOMMENDED with this preset seeing as it could make some things way too bright for the lens effect.
The HUD/UI mod in the screenshots is my own HUD76 mod.
Installation:
**Before installing, please remove any ENB files from your Fallout 4 folder EXCEPT for enblocal.ini, seeing as this mod doesn't include it. Your enblocal.ini should be set up to work with your rig.**
Now, if you have been living under a rock for the past few years, or just decided to never use an ENB before...
1- Download ENB v0.385 or newer from the ENBDev website.
2- Extract, then drag and drop the files from the "WrapperVersion" folder into your Fallout 4 root folder. (The one that has Fallout4.exe)
3- Download this mod
4- Extract and drop the files in the same folder as above, and overwrite everything
5- Done.

Side notes:
- This ENB is intentionally bright, and the bloom and lens are intentionally strong also, this is inspired by 76's graphical style.
- Some weathers (Mist, Dust) may make the sky a bit too bright, this is due to this preset currently not supporting different settings for different weathers, but I'm considering implementing that in the future.
- The lens horizontal lens effects that are meant to imitate 76's bloom style don't change color according to the light source that causes them. this is due to ENB's lens effect having a fixed color filter that is applied regardless of the light source's color, but I attempted to make that color match most scenarios.
