Trailer parks are nice cheep living that have a bad reputation as shit holes. well why not move some trailers in a real shit hole. The RVs are decorated nicely and the homestead is live able. For a shit hole it is honestly a better place to live then much of the Commonwealth. It has showers, bathrooms a place to buy food, trade, and a first aid station. There is room to build more.
