About this mod

Get everything done for Sturgis's quest in one go!. Adds a starting amount of food, water, beds and defense, but nothing else. To be used as a basic starting point so you can get right to the fun stuff, compatible with any mod setup. Also Electrifies Sanctuary by adding a complete power grid and putting a power tap in every room.

Introduction
The idea here is to provide you with all the basic infrastructure without actually making any creative decisions. You could think of it as a having a blank canvas with a full stock of paint. Made with 100% vanilla assets, so it should work with any mod setup that you've got going.

What It Adds
  • 300 power running through a complete electrical grid that spans sanctuary and connects to a power tap in each intact (relatively speaking) room.
  • Takes the leftmost house on the circle and turns it into a basic bunkhouse (8 beds) and generator hut, you'll just need to delete a few bits of default furniture that initially overlap the beds.
  • Complete garden behind the crafting house that provides up to 29 food of all crop types.
  • A water purifier that provides 40 water.
  • 6 turrets providing 48 defense.
  • Recruitment Beacon by the main crafting house.
  • 6 Scavenging stations along the side, by the garden.

What It Doesn't Touch
  • Everything else.

Final things to note:
  • This goes great with Thaylar's Patched Up Sanctuary, which fixes the physical buildings to be liveable. Just be sure to let your settlement stabilize between the two imports.
  • Uses Transfer Settlements Slot #17, so be aware if you already have something there to move it before it gets overwritten.
  • I haven't added any street or house lights, as I felt that was more of a decision for the end user (you). There's 2 lights in the front of the bunkhouse for convenience of identifying it, but that's all.
  • Some initial furniture may clip into the beds in the bunkhouse.
  • The pylon that connects the generator area to the grid is switched, should you want to cackle in sadistic glee as you giveth and taketh away at a whim.
  • If you scrap the pre-war roof on the bunkhouse you'll find that the metal awning runs from wall to wall, providing an alternate (albeit still shitty) roof.
