About this mod

Patched up Sanctuary houses with roofs and windows. Otherwise untouched and ready to be moved in.

Permissions and credits
I hope you enjoy this, it represents my TODAY. I didn't expect this to take 8.5 hours to build. But at least I don't have to do it again.

What it Does:
  • Puts a roof from either the Warehouse or Barn set on every complete Sanctuary house.
  • Puts windows from the Warehouse set in the original places of windows with a little added dressing to make it look nice.
  • Puts wall panels (usually from the Wood set) in the walls with holes.

What it Doesn't:*
  • No doors, lights, power, beds, or decorations.
  • No interior walls.
  • No carport roofs (unless it had a pitched roof). I left the flat carport roofs alone for to do with what you like.

*If you really want me to do a few touch-ups I can add it in. My intent was only to provide the framework for you to expand on, not provide you with a ready to go settlement. Now patching up Sanctuary isn't an absolute chore! And even more importantly, I NEVER HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN.

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Transfer Settlements is obviously required.
  • I recommend using Place Everywhere. If you notice any texture fighting (I did my best to keep it from happening but it's not like we have 1/2 square roofs to cover 1/4 or 1/2 square floors), just tune down your movement units to 0.1 and move it up/down/in/out.
  • Base Game + Far Harbor + Workshop Contraptions DLC's

INSTALLATION:
The NMM installation will place the blueprint in folder 11.
Otherwise Manual Install it into whatever folder you want.

Other:
Beware of flying objects! If you haven't scrapped Sanctuary, anything not tied down with start flying around!
If you like the trees, they can be found in Autumn Overhaul.

Shameless plug for my other mods:
Thaylar's Armor and Clothing Replacer - Spice up yo life with a little color. No really, just a little tweak.
Thaylar's Mood Lighting - Sun glasses at night no longer required.
Shut Up Brahmin - Sweet sweet (almost) silence.
