A lore friendly take on the Finch Farm settlement.

This is my take on a lore friendly Finch Farm, what I view as what this settlement could realistically look like in this universe. It includes a bar, weapon store, chem store, general store, and restaurant. The settlement will support 18 settlers and is fully self-sufficient.

- Everything inside the house needs to be scrapped except the two bookshelves and the street signs posted on the walls. Everything on the porch can be left alone. The wall to the left of the door needs to be scrapped, as well as the two wall sections on the right side of the door. See the attached photos if this is not understood. The door itself should be scrapped as well.
- Scrap the fencing around the crops and the various debris around the settlement. A couple mutfruit trees will be clipping into the new objects and will have to be moved/scrapped after the transfer.
- The cars that are not part of the junk pile can be scrapped, but leave everything in the junk pile alone.
- After the transfer is complete, you will have to go up top on the bridge and scrap a car that is clipping with the structures built up there. You will see it as soon as you walk into the area.
