Hmm .. do you have any other mods loaded that also affect the Mole Rat den? Try this - post your load order here in a reply, and also a screen shot like the image #3 from the gallery (the area around the broken reactor).
You can also add it via console if you are on PC (see a couple posts below this). If that doesn't work, I'd say the mod hasn't been installed correctly - try to download and install it manually.
Now i can collect 2 rings from the mole rat den. This one i can simply pick up and my (ring of power. the ring of power i have to fight an extreamly over powered ghoul. He kills me like 6 times befor i can kill him.) Thank you for this crafters ring, you are awsome .
***(Ring of power has nothing to do with this mod, i was just simply explaining)
See the third picture in the image gallery - it's right in front of the broken reactor. If you still can't find it, use this console command to find the ID in your game: help "one ring" 4 armo
hello sir, can you make the mod compatible with You're SPECIAL? because of the different perk system the One Ring failed to unlock the perks. thank you
That's outside the scope of my mod - for your playthrough, you may want to look at some utilities like Cheat Terminal? or Ultimate Level Up Options instead.
if you're asking about the visual effect, you'd have to ask Bethesda that! I found this under Magic Effects in the Creation Kit. It is quite impressive!
I found that effect damn it does look cool on a Automatron (I slapped it into the custom Heating Coils modification) too bad there isnt a shock or cryo version of this effect that would be lovely but i bet there is mod for that somewhere on Nexus :P
"One Ring to craft them all, One Ring to loot them, One Ring to bring them all and in the workshop scrap them. In the Commonwealth where the materials lie."
Strange that something like this is about perks. I would have expected Strong melee damage, super uber damage resistance, burning enemies that are close to you etc... anything related to combat. But its still super cool :D

Dayum this sounds like it would be cool as a PA or Automatron modification.
automatrons tho.. they would need some custom flame nozzle mesh everywhere first
