Meant to go along with Quazzimodo619's Clickerfied Ghouls mod. This gives the ghouls idle sounds. (REUPLOAD OF MOD BY NkL3)

NOTICE:
April 16, 2019 - The mod this mod requires is currently under moderation.
This mod will not work without the other.
I'm considering trying to make this mod standalone, but no promises.

NOT OFFERING BUG SUPPORT.
(^ Simply put: I won't be offering support for bugs, etc. But any bugs will be user related, not due to this mod.)
This is simply a reupload of NkL3's work.
This gives ghouls "clickerfied" idle sounds.
REQUIRES:
Clickerfied Ghouls - The Last Of Us Clicker Sounds For Ghouls
Video for example of idle sounds:

Note:
You shouldn't have any problems with this mod.
If you do, you probably have another mod overwriting the ghoul sounds.
Since I won't be providing support for this mod, you'll need to learn how to use FO4Edit to manage mod conflicts for yourself.
It's a lot easier than it sounds. Good luck.
