Adds The Minutemen Faction To Work With The Conqueror Raid System. Works Just Like The Raider System. You Can Recruit New Members By Donating Weapons (Weapons Added by Mods Work) or Medical Items e.g. Stimpaks, Med-x, Rad-x or Radaway. Supports the Dynamic Decorations With 2 New Minutemen Themed Decorations.
