Adds the VSV Assault Rifle/DMR to the game with custom Models, Textures, Sounds and Animations!

I modeled this after the VSV from the Metro games, which is based off of the real life VSK-94 DMR, which is a conversion of the 9A-91 Assault Rifle. I decided to combine them into one weapon, so you can use it either in semi or full auto. There are the usual mods you would expect plus a couple extra things like laser and flashlight attachments. I couldn't get the animations for the vertical foregrip to work, but decided to include it anyway. Hitman47101 allowed me to use his animations from Right-handed Nukaworld AK Replacer which I thought fit the weapon nicely, though custom animations for the weapon may come sometime in the future.

The weapon is added to the relevant leveled lists through a run once script.

IMPORTANT! To get the weapon please make sure you follow these steps first:
Fallout 4 Mod Installation
If you just want to use Console Commands to get the Weapon type this in the console:
HELP WeaponName 4 weap
Look for the record that has WEAP in front of it then type this:
ADDITEM xxxxxxxx
Change the x's to the number the WEAP Record shows.
