Yes, just like settlement vendors.
1. Does vent-o-matic share the same inventory across every settlement?

For balancing purposes i guess? At least i made it wireless
2. Why do they need power!? WIRES BE UGLY!!

No, in general they have about half the happiness and cap generation bonus from lvl 3/4 vendors.
3. Do they have the same settlement bonus as regular stores?

That is not a question, but you are right.
4. They need the same perks as lvl 3 stores!

Seems to spawn legendary barreled shotgun for unknown reasons, but that is it
5. Any legendary spawns?

I wanted vendors to sell stuff to in my boston airport Le HangO'ute, without the settlers
6. Why even?

Not really, settler vendors have their own inventory and can still be used
7. Will this replace settler vendors?

Maybe if im suddenly and strongly inspired
8. Will there be more types of machines?

2 ingame days like all vendors, unless you changed it
9. How often does inventory refresh?
