NON EXHAUSTIVE FEATURES LIST :


Static health pool for all npc 
no more 3 mag on the head of an enemy, you kill most of them with one or two shot depending of their armor

De-leveled world (you can encounter everybody or everything everywhere at all level including dlc items)

All weapons damage have been overhauled to be as close as possible to realistic this mean damage dont depend so much from the weapon but more from the caliber, no perk to increase gun damage (really how immersive this is supposed to be) and each gun can kill with one or two shots if they're well placed

Power armor overhaul a destroyed piece DISAPPEAR FROM YOUR INVENTORY so don't let them broke, they protect a lot but if they're destroyed they can't be repaired anymore

Combat AI overhaul NPC now use cover and rush toward you together when their friend cover them by shooting

Enemy keep tracking you even outside the cell. No more escaping a fight by entering a new area

You can encounter enemy of level 1 to 99 to in each zone

Ammo price is now way higher but you can kill ( and be killed with really few shot)


BE CAREFUL YOU CAN KILL REALLY QUICK BUT GET KILLED AS QUICK 



USE TACTICS : Place traps or send your compagnon to distract the enemy

Custom HUD

VATS don't reduce time but is now more accurate can aim from 3 time much far away and depend a lot more of perception

120% moving speed

Well rested now decrease by 50% the ap cost for sprint

Doubled jump height, can seem a lot but basically you can't even jump a fence

AP regeneration rate speed buffed to 33% per second) each fight look a lot more dynamic now.

Carry weight is lowered a lot so you can't go full heavy armor from the start ! Do you have really seen somebody who just wear 120 lb of stuff on him without training ? Invest perk.

No perk point from the start ! Really you've been sleeping for more than 200 years old everything you've learned before was gone or is different.

XP leveling curve edited :
Less time between each level

Perk redone :
Adamantium skeleton can reduce/deny fall damage
Strong back can reduce/deny worn armor weight

Aim stability reduced and recoil increased, i guess it's a lot more realistic now, no more pro shooter from the start with the first weapons you take on the ground while running front of the enemy!

Perk only require SPECIAL and no longer level. Really what's the point of this ?

Turrets and 
NPC use ammunition and start to run melee or flee when they are out of.

Weapons, signal, mines and grenade now have a real name. I plan to to add custom names to every weapons (and maybe armor too) later.

NPC carry now more ammunition so killing them quick is more rewarding while container have less chance to contain (goods) items

Just going out of alpha version to beta so now it must be major bug free and i gonna add a lot of stuff during the beta state
