This is an ongoing project, which I wanted to share, before I manage to finish it, because it fixes one of the most annoying parts of the game. Eating & drinking. I hope this makes your survival playthrough a little better and by heavily reducing the amount of items you need to consume.
In addition to that it offers some options to make life better in Fallout 4.
Thank you for making this mod! This seems like a perfect replacement to Survival Options, which I believe may have been deleting save files mistakenly.
I have a quick question for anyone that knows. Is the lower setting for fatigue meaning that it's slower fatigue? I'm guessing so, but was curious to know.
Came back to report that after a lot of tweaking, I'm still having the same issue. I make alterations to the menu, close the menu and open it back up and everything is reset. Also when I first open the menu on a new game, nothing is set to it's default values it's all set to 1 or 0.
actually, I saw an anomaly in which somehow with a certain hunger and thirsty mod it still worked but I guess that's not what you mean and that's not what I wanted
Does this mod allow you to configure the damage percentage that enemies do? I love Survival but 400% is past ridiculous. Rad Rats doing half my health in damage when I’m in power armor is past ridiculous and actually infuriating.
@TGSpetznaz Correct, whichever mod conflicting creating 400% damage is not vanilla survival, that sounds horrible. Make sure you arent using damage overhaul mods with survival mode.
Anyway to add sliders for the reset timers? So you don't have to wait 85 or so days for a cleared cell to reset? Or would that be better fit for Game Configuration menu?
As much as this is a must have mod for survival players, the menu is so unintuitive....
Despite having the chance of Disease happening set at 0.01, i get a disease almost every time i sleep on my mattress!
So, looking at the Menu i come across the base setting of 'Hardcore on/Off' ??? What is Hardcore?? i play with Survival mode on, ive never heard of Harcore!, the explanation is Hardcore Enabled/ Disabled will affect the Sleep/Hunger/Thirst requirements...which? ON or Off? because it does not say enable or disabled in the options!
Its Critical that Words are precise and constant as only You no what you mean. At the Heading to the page it says you can only turn survival features off if you are in Survival mode, this again i dont understand, why would you download a Survival mode mod if your not in Survival mode? and again What does the 'Hardcore On/Off mean below it??? does the Hardcore have to be on to disable features?, is that the same as turning Survival mode Off? If Survival mode is on but Hardcore off what happens then >?????
The result is that i dont understand why i have Disease set at 0.01 yet get one every time i sleep.
Mod freezes my game upon new game start. Not putting this into bugs, because every mod that has the option to disable diseases freezes my game as well. Does anyone know why this is? The only other mod I have that I believe might interfere with survival mode is Better Locational Damage, but even if they were interfering, I don't see why it would freeze my game.
Just if anyone's curious, the game doesn't freeze if I load a game, or I skip the new game cutscene instantly. First of all, the loading time is either extremely high or infinite when this bug occurs, and to fix this I double tap escape, or press the windows button and return. After the loading bug is "fixed" the new game cutscene appears. The freeze occurs maybe 2 seconds into the new game cutscene and forces me to restart my computer, unlike normal freezes, this one does not allow me to close fallout 4 after the freeze, my PC is unable to function without restarting.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm willing to cooperate with any requests.
I'm pretty sure I know the answer but I figured I'd ask anyways on the off chance I'm wrong: is this compatible with other mods that allow you toadjust Survival settings? I am currently using Survival Options (Survival Options at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community (nexusmods.com)) and it does a lot of similar things to your mod (adjust hunger rate, thirst rate, sleeping, etc). But your mod changes the way food works (basing off weight instead of value) and also seems to go into a little more detail on some parts while leaving out others (ie - your mod allows to adjust allowed sleep times, disease chance, and fatigue calculation but doesn't allow to enable saves and fast travel or to disable immunodeficiency without disabling all diseases). Is there any chance I can use both mods to get the best of both worlds?

Important: Make sure, SCM script overwrites Everyone's Best Friend HC_Manager Script. This is done by moving the ESP SCM after Everyone's Best Friend

¿Podrías echarle un vistazo, por favor?
example: disable pekish, hungry, hamished and leave ravenous etc
it does... however, my personal experience is that these options do not work for it
so this mod for me will have potential if these options are added
but I guess that's not what you mean and that's not what I wanted
