This is a simple Batch file that removes duplicates in the Official High-Res DLC, I got the idea when I saw Roy Batty used a .bat to remove duplicates from NMCs Texture pack and decided to do the same here considering I haven't seen anyone do it yet, or at least I haven't found one
This should save you 10GB!!!

Instructions:
1. Unpack the High Res DLC BA2s, preferably each BA2 into separate folders unless you know what you are doing
e.g. unpack "DLCUltraHighResolution - Textures01.ba2" into a folder of the same name like "DLCUltraHighResolution - Textures01", so you can repack it easier later
2. Put the .bat in the Texture folder NOT OUTSIDE the texture folder, inside it! (I've explicitly put the .bat in the right folder structure provided to help)
3. Double click on the .bat file I've provided
4. Wait for it to finish
5. Repeat the same process for all other BA2 archives
6. Done, duplicate free!
Tip: Check the file size before/after so you make sure you did it properly
If you have no idea what these terms are or how to follow these instructions, there are plenty of guides on how to extract assets from BA2s and how they work, which for Fallout 4 you should really learn as its a performance crux for textures

Q. Why do I need this?
A. Optimization and more space on your hard drive
Q: How do I know if it works?
A. Cross compare the spread sheet above, I copied exactly from there
Q. What are duplicates?
A. Textures that are exactly the same in the vanilla Texture BA2, so you are downloading the same files TWICE!!!
Q. Can I take this .bat and share it/distribute it on other websites?
A. Yeah, I don't see why not
Please endorse if you are happy with the end product so other people can find this tool and relay any complaints or anything I missed, if there is more duplicates I will add them, heck if there are broken textures I will add them to be removed
