The Tunnels are featuring a patch for Basic Mining.
So there's a definite place to find them all

Big thanks for Niston and his Fallout 4 Mining System. It's a terrific script base and I wish I had it months ago:

-The camera angle is imperfect at best. Not sure if I can resolve this but I'll try.

-Feel free to improve the meshes or the textures

I'd suggest to check this factory mod out, made by the same guy that made the basic mining script:

Will rebuilt precombines like in PRP make it so the wilderness ore isn't visible? Thanks!

Thanks for the answer. I've been wondering about that before starting a new game.

With al the cool 76 mods being made I was excited to see someone made a pickaxe mod and was disappointed when I remembered I couldn't mine. So thank you for this.

Is the exhausted effect suppose to be instant the moment you started mining?

Whereabouts can I find the furnace in the menu? Can't seem to find it under 'craft' - but perhaps there's a mod conflict going on.
P.S. Absolutely love your mods. They make the game a whole lot more immersive!

Love the idea of being able to mine. Though clay is really available pretty much available anywhere, perhaps those listed clay locations could have a version that yields more instead perhaps and/or has a chance to yield additional things? Also when it comes to mining ores and stuff I usually just imagine some mining thing that yields in a similar way that the scavenging station does, but with concrete and ores. Concrete obviously what you'd mostly yield and ores chances of course would be according to their rarity.

I was looking through the screenshots and one of them has an alert that says "you can now travel with your local caravans." That sounds bomb, what mod is that?

I have a question how do you spawn the veins in your settlement? I want to have a mining area in my settlement specifically in vault 88 near the uranium deposits and I tried it with the crystal vein in starlight drive in with the player.placeatme command and it worked once like it had the mine option on it i even had cait do it and it worked but now when I spawn new veins it doesn't seem to work anymore like you can't interact with the object. Also i was going around the glowing sea and I could not find any of the rocks/veins/ores that were supposed to be there

What do you mean try moving it? Like in workshop mode? I did try it but i can't click on it either The only way I was even able to get rid of the unusable ones i spawned was the disable command. I managed to spawn a working tobernite vein in vault 88 but only one worked the rest didn't. I also kept going around the swamplands to look for rocks to mine but none appeared. Are the resources just really not appearing in my game? I even tried an older save, reinstalled the mod but still the rocks won't appear but i can build the settlement objects. Is there a difference between the esp and esl files? I got the esp version. What about load order or conflicts that you know of?

The ores are furniture objects. As when you position a couch the wrong way you can't access it, it might be the case with these rocks. They have been positioned so you can use them in the wilderness,

In your images you had one image where different veins were spawned together and were working. Did you use a specific command for those or were they just programmed to spawn in the wild like that? I don''t know the commands for exact positioning. Can you please give me a specific place to look for the veins? I've been looking everywhere in the places you mentioned in the images but can't really seem to find any. Also, do you think a future update would be possible to turn the veins into settlement objects too so people can have full-blown mining settlements? Sorry I'm asking a lot. I really like the idea of your mod, I'm just trying to find a way to make it fit my game.

I'll look into it. It's a very old project of mine.
