About this mod
Adds a separate basement to Home Plate in Diamond City. I've created it for a personal Power Armor area, you can use it for whatever you want. It includes a full settlement workshop, the full set of workbenches, and multiple Power Armor stations.
You can even create a full interior settlement in here - supply lines work.

~~~While it should be safe, you don't need bad surprises.~~~
~~~Install~~~
Updated for NextGen. Recompiled the scripts and repacked everything into a new ba2 archive.
"There is no such thing as a 'clean save' in Fallout 4. The only way to reliably uninstall a mod without corrupting your game is to uninstall it and revert to a savegame prior to installing that mod."
1/ Save your game in case you have to uninstall and revert to an earlier save.
2/ Install this mod normally.
3/ Go to Home Plate. You will see an area which has a new cinderblock wall, with the doorjam and hinge and corner of a door peeking out the top-left. You can scrap the wall in workshop mode to reveal and use the door. (Ask yourself why the area was walled off - and be prepared for a fairly tough fight. Hint, hint!)
4/ Once you've taken control of the basement workbench, go to Diamond City and walk around behind the home of the kid selling water (on the walkway). This will add a map-marker for fast-travel. (You can fast-travel in and out freely.)
5/ Feel free to add a supply line to the basement. Yes, this works nicely. It now appears on the supply-lines map, many thanks to Yagisan.
6/ Tested and functions with WorkShop FrameWork and Workshop Plus (especially the layers and blueprinting features of the latter).
7/ Map marker appears when the workshop is taken.
~~~Home Plate Mod Conflicts~~~
Probably most of them. Try putting other Home Plate mods after this mod in the load order.
Tested with: Home Plate Interior Revamped. The two seem to work nicely together if Home Plate Interior Revamped is placed after the PA Basement in load order.
~~~Warnings and Caveats~~~
Being a WIP by a newbie modder, the entrance in Home Plate looks a little...odd. This is because I didn't want to muck around too much with the interior - guaranteed that I'd break something important and make your game CTD.
~~~Future Plans~~~
* Find out what is causing intermittent provisioner issues, where the provisioner gets stuck in the stairwell.
~~~Special~~~
For Power Armor hoarders like me, I have tested the following mod: Power Armor Hoarder. I can confirm that the Power Armor goes into the Basement.
If you are a Loot Detector user, junk will be sent to the workshop in the Basement.
If you are a Salvage Beacons user, items will be sent to the workshop in the Basement.
If you are an Immersive Teleportation 2 user, teleporting in and out of the basement functions (though the Sole Survivor's location on the map doesn't update correctly - possibly an FO4 issue, yet might be bad coding on my part).
If you are a Wall Pass-Through Power Conduits user, you *can* pass through the walls with a bit of playing around. Check the sticky notes in the posts.
~~~Modpack Users~~~
Talk with the modpack maker. I refuse to deal with sloppy load-order and dependency issues.
