Very nice, only problem I see is the fact that when using it up to the Liberty Reprimed quest, Proctor Ingram is stuck, but if you disable and continue, it works fine. You can use it safely afterwards :)

Looking at it in FO4Edit, The terminal is still there, just in a different location. I just copied the default position data to the plugin for this mod and will see if that throws anything off or if it fixes the issue.

How do you do that, @BlueBeard1983? Because I really wanna use this mod, but not at that quest point yet and I'd still like to rebuild the airport terminal...

Also, will this fix for it mess with scrap mods? or will I still be able to use Scrap Everything while using this mod?

The way I used this mod while doing a BoS playthrough is to disable the mod until Liberty Prime is up and running, and about to attack the Institute, then reenable it afterwards and it works seamlessly.

I loaded up just the base game and this mod in FO4Edit, looked for the terminal in there. Once I found the terminal, I noticed that the location data was different, so I just copied the location data from Fallout4.esm to this mods plugin. I can't remember the terminals editor ID at the moment and I've since uninstalled this mod since it has other issues, such as things you build in workshop mode sinking into the floor, the floor not being properly aligned. It also seems like the creator of this mod hasn't touched it in a long time, so I'm not holding out hope that the terminal and floors will be fixed. I might reach out and see if I can have permission to use some of the assets in this mod to make my own version of this. It would be along the lines of the settlement rebuild series.

Wanted to drop in and mention (as I didn't see this question asked, so I investigated it myself) that this mod and Boston Airport Windows Transparency Fix seem to be compatible with each other! :-)

I'll update if this changes, but so far no weird issues on my end with over 300 mods loaded.

Thank you so much for making this mod! I always wanted it, but this but didn't think it was possible. Is there just separate wings of the airport you can plug in on the geck or something?

How has it taken so long for a mod like this to exist? This makes me actually want to do something with the Boston Airport.

There is one other mod that repairs the building, On the NMM homepage, Type Jenncave in the search box, and change Mods to Author in the dropdown. Hit search and you will find her version.

Her clean and simple mods never impressed me... She removes too much stuff for it to even look good anymore. https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28176

This mod is different from mine in that I added a second floor and removed all extra items, plus expanded the build area. @TheCoolest7248 , thank you for linking my file, you are entitled to your opinion

I give credit to Atlysan for making a Airport mod at all. very few people have even bothered with a full make over for the Airport. Sure there are plenty of mods that make minor changes to the build area or are nothing but transfer settlement blue prints. But, full make overs are few and far between.

Yup, Jenn did it almost a year ago. On one hand you lose some building space on the ground floor to the huge set of stairs she used in her mod. On the other hand those stairs fit the Airports look and you gain a whole second floors worth of space to make up the difference. Plus as a bonus she cleaned up the scrap, so you don't have to, and left the results for you to build with. This time saver feature is what makes Jenn's mods popular. Not to mention she goes out of her way to help people even when she doesn't have to.

Oh and it sounds like one person is upset that Jenn's 34 mods are more popular than that persons 4 mods are. lol

Well, if this is about bragging, I can do that too, since I also made a BA mod, just not a repaired one, but I also added the (partly) use of the ipper floor and expanded the build area :-P

I like this mod, it makes that spot look like it should have from the beginning.

@khalifrio Sorry, but I’m pretty sure was just stating my opinion. I never said anything about my mods and how “they should be more popular” or anything.

@jenncave Oh my god, I didn’t mean to come off rude or anything. I was just saying they lack the sort of personal touch that I enjoy in the mods I download. When I say I wasn’t impressed, I never meant that they were bad.

@TheCoolest, I wasn’t offended at all, just teasing. I am never in competition with anyone other than myself. Everyone has their own play through style and things they like. I am happy to see other mod authors flaunt their stuff. It is good for the community. Something for everyone is the best! Cheers!

@jenncave Ah, that makes me feel better. On a side note, your Spectacle Island mod is very inspirational. Although I wouldn't use it due to it being pre-war, that style and decor (not to mention the bridge) is something found in no other mod on the site. I enjoy mods like these just for inspiration on how to decorate, even if I don't use them.

Ah, I do recall seeing that one now actually. The clean and simple mods aren't for me though. I can understand why people like them, but walking into a settlement that's already spotlessly clean (at least within the context of the game) is a bit immersion breaking for me.

Sorry I didn't get back sooner, jenncave is an author. When you imput her name, on the right of the search box change the drop down from mods to author. She has a bunch of clean and simple makeovers. They will all show up.

The only problem I see with this mod is... where to build defenses and water pump? I usually manage to get one water pump in there just to have a supply of clean water if I need it there. With those walls and the roof there is no room to build a platform for automated defenses. Maybe I could place a few turrets on the outside where the walls round out but nothing more. What this needs is just a slightly increased build zone and workshop border so we can squeeze a few things in there.

So it has a full roof and ceiling now???, image to close up from view inside and it just looks like a opened sport stadium retractable roof to me, so can't see the full ceiling sorry, I always wondered why everyone concentrated there efforts on restoring the castle only and never the airport, there's been over a dozen castle mods made so far and all

Regardless of opinions on the merits of the different factions, The Castle is just much more important and useful of a settlement. Rebuilding it and fortifying it is a central part of the Minutemen quest line. The Boston Airport workshop area isn't even a full settlement by default, and it ultimately serves very little purpose within the BOS quest line. It's really only even there because we need a workbench to build the magnetic actuators or whatever for Liberty Prime, which can also be done at any other settlement anyway.

And yeah, this has a full roof and ceiling.
