Before you wonder: Some users (Like me) will experience the following: You can place objects but they remain invisible. Solution: Save the game and restart Fallout 4.
This has to do with Fallout 4/Creation Engine weirdness, still I apologize for that.
Might try and build something like a better camp site, with a build anywhere -mod, but I can't get settlers to it with the mod I'm using, so no "vault city", more like a "vault camp" for the caravans that travel there. Might try building some sort of a construction site for the foundation work for the new "vault city" sky srcapers. LOL xD
Sorry. But the mod doesnt seem to work for me. I went to curies room as is part of the quest but nothing else. Should I be doing something specific there?
Edit: wait nvm. I think i got it now. Jsut wondering how you got those weapon racks at this point. Could there be a general overview for what the mod offers'?
Thank you for this. Like the last commenter said, I didn't want a preset room... I wanted to design it myself just like in Home Plate. Why this isn't a thing in vanilla, I do not understand.
This mod is awesome! Finally able to buld in that room. I didnt like the presets people ahd made because I wanted to make my own room dangit! And Vault 81 is just such a cool place. Thanks!

Hello, it is a great mod, but just for some reason when I want to build something it doesnt let me switch to build mode through letter "V" unless I use through console "TGM" mode, then it works properly.
Noted. You know you can only build in two specific areas, right? (The player room and a far away maintenance room) Otherwise I can't think of anything else than a mod conflict.
yes, also I went back for the second time where you meet curie for the first time and it triggered the house mode. Everything is working now. Thanks for response.
[Question] Any chance of a non-compact version, so to speak, that allows you to reclaim and restore the secret wing of the vault? And using the Vault-Tec workshop found in Vault 88, rather than the generic one from every settlement, to be thematic.
Keeping the build area to your room and the secret wing, as not to step on Overseer Gwen McNamara's toes.
[Off-Topic] I've been trying to request a mod that allows you to use the VT DLC stuff in every vault and turn them into the settlements that were actually advertised to pre-war citizens. Failing this I'm trying to make a list of mods that achieves the same thing but that creates inconsistencies. Vault 111 Redux (wrong workbench), Far Harbour (wrong workbench), Arcturus I (Only a player home, and the door cant close despite a terminal entry suggesting it can.) Etc etc.
If anyone reads this and knows of some I missed, then please fill me in.
