Q: The gun doesn't have icons as shown in your mod image? A: In order to get the Icons for weapons and armor you need Def_UI and a sorting mod. In order of how they should be loaded:
5. Radose Optional but recommend. You don't need any of the extra patches, just the base plugin activated.
Q: My icon is different from yours??? What the heckers bro??? A: I have a customized DEF_INV_TAGS.xml which shows a different icon for the Rugar.
If you want to customize your icons and stuff you can do so by customizing DEF_INV_TAGS.xml which you can find in Radrose mod files. They can be found:
* If you are using MO2: (which you should be) just right click the mod and open in windows explorer, or go to Mods\Radrose Usability Enhancements - 2.7.5\interface\DEF_CONF -You can copy this folder to MO2's OVERWRITE folder and edit it that way as well.
* If you are using NMM: Fallout 4/Data/Interface/DEF_CONF
I have it in that order and at the bottom of my load list. I am also using Mod Organizer for my Fallout 4 mods. What I am wondering is what mods will interfere or prevent icons from showing
I'm not sure, but I accidentally linked the wrong icon lib in my FAQ, make sure you have this one https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/31088
NOT this one https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/13957
If you are not missing any of the mods in the FAQ and you still don't have icons then maybe you have another UI mod which disables icons. Or the iconlibs are not being installed correctly by MO2, try copying them to the overwrite folder or installing them manually into the correct place in your Fallout 4/data
Thank you for your recent patches - I've made a few of my own in the past for my own personal use so I know just how tedious it is to learn how to do it all yourself and then to put it out for others to use. Thank you for your time and effort and for sharing this!
You're welcome! This one was a bit more difficult than most other weapon patches, since Niero added their own Naming rulesets for the Cryo and Flame mods on the weapon. This mean't that AWKCR couldn't sort the weapon since it didn't have the regular keywords that most guns do for the attachments and caliber. Took me a bit but I figured out how to add keywords to the different attachments, and remake the naming rulesets to follow AWKCR standards. :)

Edit: added an FAQ, this should answer any questions about how to get the icons.
