Interior and Exterior of Layton Towers turned into settlements, with optional addition of Back Bay Penthouse atop Darthmouth Professional Building. Tested and working.

LAYTON TOWERS - IN AND OUT AND SOMEWHAT ABOVE
This release contains 1 + 1, Internal and External, settlement sites at the Layton Towers and Darthmouth Professional Building area of the Fallout 4 game. This release also has an option to add calarand77's excellent Back Bay Penthouse atop Dartmouth Professional Building, that has been combatibility modified by me to work with external settlement MOD. These are vanilla player settlement sites, meaning there is no need for other MODs or any of the DLC's. There should be no mismatch with other MOD's, apart from those that also affect same areas of course. I also highly recommend using some of the wonderful building MOD's, like Homemaker e.g. I do so myself.
LAYTON TOWERS INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR
Layton Towers Interior Settlement, (LaytonTowersInteriorSettlement.esp),
is exactly what the name suggest, an interior settlement placed in Layton Towers interiors. There is an added water source, so keep an eye out for that!
Layton Towers Exterior Settlement, (LaytonTowersExteriorSettlement.esp),
resides in Layton Towers and Dartmouth Professional Building area. There is an added water source.
OPTIONAL ADDITION TO LAYTON TOWERS EXTERIOR SETTLEMENT
Back Bay Penthouse, (Back Bay Penthouse.esp),
is an excellent MOD made by calarand77, that turns the rooftop of Dartmouth Professional Building into a great place to build, and with elevator access at that!
With calarand77's permission I slightly modified his existing esp -file to change it to be combatible with Layton Towers Exterior Settlement MOD.

Things to take into account if you plan to install this optional material:
1. Only the modified MOD found here works with Layton Towers Exterior Settlement
2. If you want to add only the Interior settlement from this package and add the Back Bay Penthouse also, please use then the original MOD from the link given above!
This is NOT a game save or settlement blueprint!
Installing these mods couldn't be any simpler: just copy the *.esp files from where you unzipped them into your Fallout4/Data -folder or use MOD manager if you have one!
These MODs are totally vanilla, so only Fallout 4 is needed. As of now, these MODs work fine on my PC, but I have not tested them on other PC's. This means that you might find bugs. Please inform me of those, and I'll do my best to fix them!
NOTICE: I hate making borders, so the External Settlement doesn't have them. If this is a deal breaker for you, then maybe you want to make those borders?
Cautionary Mention: Most of the builds seen in pictures are only examples, they do not exists in MODs!
An additional cautionary mention: Layton Towers Exterior Settlement is situated close to other settlement I have made for this area, Trinity Tower Settlement. Since this area is a bit taxing on PC's even on it's own, 2 large settlements in same area might cause slow frame rate, so please be advised of this in case you have also that MOD installed! However, I myself was pickled at having 2 high rise settlement buildings (with Back Bay Penthouse addition) next to each other. :)
ps. I just mention something you all already know: There is no MUST to install both settlements. You can pick only one of them if you like.
