Turns the the Railroad HQ into a player's own home/settlement.
Cleaned (Pictures) and Vanilla (No objects or debris removed) versions available

I made the Old State House Player House Mod and it got me thinking about other places in the Commonwealth that I'd like to make in to my own so it fits more in line with my story!
The Railroad HQ is awesome and one of my favourite places in the game!
I just wanted to make it a bit more detailed and get rid of some of the debris and rubbish there.
I must note: There are a lot of static objects there that can only be removed by console command because of the way that HQ was designed.

I made this for myself rather quickly, so it may not be perfect.
What it does:
> Adds functional workshop that is automatically assigned to the player and makes the whole interior of the Railroad HQ customizable
>No Rubbish Version:
>Cleans the debris and litter from around the Railroad HQ but leaves other static objects intact.
>Completely Cleaned Version:
>Removes all that I can while leaving objects that bug the place out if I remove them
>Tried removing candles but they still appear when loading the game - Use Scrap Everything to remove them as this seems fine.
As I said, this is just a small silly thing I made for myself so I hope someone else gets some use out of it!
Load after any settlement mods in your load order and I highly recommend "Place Everywhere".
Any mods that unlock settlement objects will be advised because otherwise you may not be able to access generators!!
