I guess this mod is conflicting with something. I have the vanilla version, and I entered my HQ to find it was not loading properly, and... I'm not sure how to describe it.... I never tried LSD trips, but I'm pretty sure I got an idea of what it's like ahahaha! I mean, most of the walls and objects weren't showing, and all was surrounded by this darkness, where objects left a bright red-yellow-white track behind them when they moved across the screen, for example when people walked or when I looked or walked around. "Follow the stoned trail"! Disabling the mod solved the issue, but I'd really like to have a safe place to sleep and some source of food and water there, as it would be expected from a proper secret agency HQ.
Edit: found what was conflicting! "faction housing overhaul - railroad HQ". It was enough to load this mod FIRST, then faction housing overhaul AFTER, and it all seems to work fine
Ok important things for this mod to work properly : 1/ The esp needs to be cleaned to avoid conflicts and problems 2/ Workshop isn't complete and doesn't have all usual options
1/ First, cleaning : : everything is explained here : needs less to 10 minutes https://tes5edit.github.io/docs/7-mod-cleaning-and-error-checking.html#DifferentwaystoactivateQuickAutoClean = this will undelete references and mark them as disabled and delete errors • Once done close xedit (no need to save it's automatic) 2/Open once again the plugin but this time with the standard version of xedit.: Add a tick to RaillroadHQ player house clean.esp • Once loaded, in the left column expand the RaillroadHQ player house clean.esp/Cell/Block 5/Sub-Block 6/RailroadHQ001/Temporary, then scroll down untill you find WorkshopWorkbenchInterior "Atelier" [CONT:0012E2C4] • in the right pane find name - base, right-click/edit and replace WorkshopWorkbenchInterior "Atelier" [CONT:0012E2C4] by WorkshopWorkbench "Atelier" [CONT:000C1AEB] • Ctrl+s to save then exit • Once in game you have all the workshop options, structures, generators, everything Just tested it myself and seems to be running correctly. Enjoy
Yep, and also while they are there set the "WorkshopWorkbench "Workshop" [CONT:000C1AEB]" to Persistent under Record Flags (Sorted) at the top, so the workshop doesn't disappear and have a blackout.
Why is this marked as a player home and not a settlement? I can't place any of the bigger things, like flooring and walls that I wanted to with this...
I'd use a mod that unlocks/adds more settlement options...I did only make this for myself and have ZERO experience making settlement mods >< i think the problem happens because the game registers it as "player house" Like diamond city stronghold and not as an actual settlement
Great idea. I hated the vanilla RR HQ, but couldn't find a pre-built overhaul that appealed to me. I installed the "no rubbish but objects remain" version and was finally able to turn the place into my own version of a better HQ.
One nit, though: workshop objects sink into the floor. It's not a huge deal as long as you have Place Everywhere since you can simply eyeball the correct placement or use the arrow keys to move stuff, but it does add a slight hassle. (Would be a major hassle without PE though.)
Is this a nit with the mod or something on my end?
I personally use Place Everywhere so maybe this is something I need to put in as a requirement! Thanks for letting me know...I personally have not had this trouble with objects sinking in the floor though...
I haven't actually tested that but I can look into it! As a guess - I'm going to say probably not with this version as I think it operates more like Homeplate in Diamond City. But this is definitely something I can look into!

The only drawback for me It's sharing the whole settlement with Railroad people messing around, I like settlements only for me and my companion xD
Is there any posibility to made a copy of Railroad HQ like a standalone mod without people? I love so much the place, but I don't like sharing xD
Anyway, thank you so much for the mod, I will try it when I finish my others settlements. Great job :)

Edit: I just noticed that there is a cleaned up version in the downloads. Thank you!
Can i send companions and settlers here?
