It always really bugged me that Hancock is Mayor of Goodneighbor and lives in the Old State House, yet after reaching Max affinity (Romance or not) you don't get to crash where he lives and you're still treated like some random drifter! Not to mention... For such a central and important place for the town, it doesn't look like anyone has lived there in the last 200 years.
So that was the motivation for my mod. I made it for myself rather quickly, so it may not be perfect.
What it does: > Adds functional workshop that is automatically assigned to the player and makes the whole interior of the Old State House customizable >Cleaned Version: >Cleans the debris and litter from around the Old State House and also deletes the old cabinets and other fixtures that can only be removed via console commands. > Leaves Hancock's main room unchanged.
As I said, this is just a small silly thing I made for myself so I hope someone else gets some use out of it!
Load after any settlement mods in your load order and I highly recommend "Place Everywhere". Any mods that unlock settlement objects will be advised because otherwise you may not be able to access generators!!
