  This is my load order. Beware, as many files are merged with others. My WVSimSAddon.esp has a many VIS entries for the other Sim mods. SK1Leader is a merged version with other Sim Leader mods, etc. Uto's Usability Enhancements.esp is a mega merged VIS, Radrose, adds many VIS Tags, Quest Icons, etc. The bottom line is, that I made my load order work by sometimes editing, merging, adding things. Nevertheless, this can be a first step to show you how to set up yours. What always helps is FO4edit to clean mods! This is important! And P.S.: Forget Loot. It doesn't do a good job.
