    IMPORTANT UPDATE: Hi there wastelanders! Thanks to all who downloaded and enjoyed this mod. I'm grateful to those who returned here to endorse.
    As you can see this mod have not been updated over two years. It's because i stopped playing FO4 and removed it from my pc to not to return ever, if not in near future. But afaik, this mod still works with the latest Sim Settlement (3-in-1 version), based on user posts.
    Before reporting issues here, please make sure there is no conflict (using xEdit) and no script lag in your game. SS is itself pretty script heavy. I faced such script lag and a many ctds during my playthrough which was not solely dependent on a particular mod, but rather a combination of a lot of mods. And if you use the new looks version and some of the edited npcs looks weird (like black face), then you certainly have another mod loaded after LOTC that edits their records. Read the description page carefully and be aware of what this mod offers particularly and what it doesn't.
    Therefore, i highly encourage you to make your own patches and if you like to share it with the community then feel free to PM me. Moreover, if anyone want to work on LOTC to further improve it, please don't hesitate to contact me.
    All that being said, i thank you again and hope you're having a good gaming time amidst this tough situation.

    03/04/18:
    Version 2.2 has been released. The issue with new npcs are fixed hopefully. Let me know.
    ADDED - VIS tags to notes
    FIXED - Minor conflict with UFO4P
    Another version is LIVE that gives you only the Vanilla leaders, no new looks and no new npcs. So you don't need any mods except the parent mods.

    03/04/18:
    Ok guys, i finally have the answer why the new leaders aren't showing in your settlement. You can blame me for it, i'm the guilty one here. And you've done nothing wrong (though i've not said it). Gonna upload it in a few minutes. And a big SORRY!

    30/03/18:
    v2/2.1 requires LMCC (Oni face too if you want new npcs to look exactly like as shown in the image). It means Vanilla looks version also. There won't be any version without LMCC as the new npcs are highly dependent on it, i can't change those too much due to permission issues. If you don't use/ don't want to use LMCC, then stick wiht v1. Of course you'll not have those new npcs and those very few minor changes.
    Hope you understand.
    And v2.1 is re-uploaded, sorry for any inconveniences.

    V2 is released. And here's the contents:
    NEW - 4 custom-made brand new leaders, each with their own unique new traits (introduced in latest SS), stories and requirements
    CHANGED - Little traits modification of Sturges, Abraham Finch & Jake Finch (as requested)
    CHANGED - Little looks modification of Tiny Tenpines (as requested)
    CHANGED - Vault-Tec Rep & Deirdre are made 'Protected'.
    Vanilla looks for vanilla npcs is available also.

    16/03/18:
    All right, as you requested.....the vanilla face only version is available now.
    For non - SS / ROTC users who like to see these new looking npcs in their game, let me know here and i'd be glad to release a standalone mod for it with a couple of more modifications.
    Also if you've any suggestion to improve the mod or criticism, then let me know in the comments.

    I feel like i'm missing something, Sturges won't be a leader for sanctuary.

    Thank you very much, sir for your mods! I enjoy them very much. 

    BTW, my Leaders of the Commonwealth mod have that black face bug no matter what, especially with Erica. I fixed the vanilla NPC's black faces with a mod that corrects the enhanced textures black face bug for Fallout 4, but Erica still remain "Black Faced". Now, how do I change Erica's appearance with a mod of my own using available face presents. I've not made any mods before. Could some kind soul teach me how, please?

      did you have the official HD DLC? i see it about lots of head mod have this issue .
      ps if you need real hd texture,  take luxor hd overhaul .

    Does this works with sim settlements 2? i am sorry if the question is dumb but i am new to modding

      "Leaders and Legends of the new Commonwealth" Mod has all the same leaders plus a few more. The CSM Vanilla Leaders has the same NPCs, but the restrictions of only being to assign them to one specific settlement is too limiting. Not being able to assign Sturges to Red Rocket just doesn't make sense.

    Hey guys im trying to set this mod in my setup but even with all the requirements i get CTD between RRTS and Concord everytime. Ive tried putting it down the load order but it would change anything. Anyone can help?

      I get the same thing, usually around when I try to enter the museum of history.

    love this work, i totally enjoy the leader in a settlement thing. But there is an issue i encountered, the character are not talking while recruiting, i am not saying they wont conversant, it's just there are no sound and subtitle when recruiting. Is that supposed to be like that or am I did something wrong ? Thanks foe answering

      THIS problem occur me a few months ago, i was going nuts for whole weeks searching for the problem. So i just uninstalled Fallout 4 and all related stuff and then reinstall again OR you can make new profile if you use MO2. But i bet my buck the cult of this problem is mods that add/edit dialogue more and over, so just stay aware for that mods. And no this mod doesn't have that problem i think.

    do i need a separate RoTC mod or is it fine to use the 3-in-1 included in simsettlements page? cuz the mod didnt work at all for me :/
    EDIT: nvm im dumb, i thought i have looksmenu but what needed was the compendium looksmenu. lmao

    I added this mod and started a new game but I can't get Sturge to become a city leader. I finished his quest in sanctuary but I can't assign him to build my city. Do I need to progress further or did I not install the mod correctly?

    The image where it says where to find the npc to recruit is deleted, you could upload it again please?
    Apparently all the pics where you described the MOD are deleted

      They are all there. Check your internet connection/speed man. Open the images in individual tabs if necessary.

    Generic settlers such as the Tenpines doesn't work (will remain generic) even if I load this after a mod like better settlers. Unique NPCs do work however. So if I want ALL of them to work, I must choose between this and Better Settlers.

    Edit: This mod is also conflicting with Sim Settlements Conqueror Faction Pack- Minutemen (Liberators). Removed conflicting mods and all is fine, except tiny Tenpines hair wasn't the same as in the picture.
