Rebuild the Commonwealth with the most Unique Leader pack available up to date. Offers new looks
and new names to make a total of 28 leaders unique.

DESCRIPTION
Do you like to see those unique npcs/settlers in your settlement to have a meaning in their life rather
than just wandering here and there aimlessly most of the times inspite of the job they're assigned to?
If your answer is yes, then i got you covered here. This mod gives them recognition as the leaders to
rebuild the Commonwealth using Rise Of The Commonwealth. More precisely saying, it's an add-on
pack for Sim Settlement which makes a total of 28 unique npcs leaders.
Hold on there, i'm not finished yet. It comes with new looks and new name as needed. So now you can
recognize them by their unique looks as well as their names rather than just the boring 'settler' tag.
You'll see the happy Nordhagen family living in their small shack, Mr. Someville surviving there with
his two cute children and many more. It gives an extra touch of immersion.
So without any further ado, here's the list of the leaders with their own traits (spiler-free) :

Sturges - he can tinker with stuffs efficiently but a bit proud of himself
Blake Abernathy - he's just a peaceful farmer like to have pets
Connie Abernathy - she's good in trading but a bit depressed due to her recent loss
Steve Tenpines - he just wants to farm peacefully
Tiny Tenpines - she's peaceful also like his brother, but like to scavange
Alice Oberland - she knows farming better than her sister
Jane Oberland - she likes to eat what her sister grows but keep the surroundings clean
Abraham Finch - the bad-ass father of two young sons
Daniel Finch - he makes money to support the family
Jake Finch - he's confused with his life but can defend on his own
Joseph County - he knows what it takes to live in a wasteland
Jason County - living with his strict dad, he does what he can to help him
Duke Somerville - he has to be strong to protect his two kids
Roger Warwick - he hides something behind his charm
Julie Norhagen - not much is known about her, find it yourself
Anne Hargraves - she had a experiece of entertaining people, now she's looking to settle
Trader Rylee - she's good trader, she can invest a lot
Doc Anderson - she's a super proud lady, but helps to keep people healthy
Kessler - she can lead her people real good but there's dark rumor about her
Mr. Greentop - he grows crops with his wife
Sheffield - he's depressed because a docotor said him to quit something
Ron Staples - he likes to tell stories of his adventure with wine
Smiling Larry - everyone knows him for a reason
The Scribe - being an ex-BOS he has a lot of skills
Supervisor White - who knows for how long she has been managing a settlement run by robots, she has much things to offer
Wiseman - well he led his ghoul friends to safety, he's something
Deirdre - she's having a lot of experience of bartering
Vault-Tec Rep - he thinks no one wants to live with a ghoul, but being an ex-salesman he can manage settlement economy

INSTALLATION
1. For automatic installation use NMM.
2. For manual installation put this esp in Fallout4/Data directory.

F.A.Q.

1. Why did you make this mod?
A. There are a couple of leader packs available now and all those are nice. But it is the most unique one
of those. I am aware of the fact that all the settlements are not covered by ROTC,
more precisely saying, not yet. Kinggath & Co. will cover all eventually. Plus it is always good have
a few extra options. It also comes with a face lift and names of those unique npcs as a bonus.
Moreover you can use more than one leader pack if you want without any issue.

2. Why did not you make my favorite a leader?
A. There are a lots of unique npcs out there. I did not cover your favorite npc perhaps because he/she
is bugged (Tina De Luca) or offers unique lore (Phylis Daily) or is simply not worthy to be a leader
(Lucy Abernathy) in my opinion. And lastly, not to mention my lack of modding skills.

3. I don't see the name of the in leader selection screen. What's wrong?
A. At first you need to make sure that you've unloked the settlement where the npc belongs to. Most
of the times it needs to clear the site or complete certain quest. Certain settlers can't be leader of every
settlement or the settlement you want, but can be assigned to their lived-in settlement always. I've tested
it successfully in both new and exisiting saves. But feel free to post a comment if you can't get it to work.

4. Where it should go in my plugin-list?
A. You're asking it probably because you are new to using mods. It should go below SS, ROTC &
LMCC automatically if you're using NMM, don't worry! For manual installtion, it should be installed
after all these mods listed above.

5. I don't use ROTC, but i like these new looks. Can you make a face-lift only version?
A. Firstly, thank you. I'd definitely release a stand alone mod for it if i get enough requests.

6. I don't care about those new named and unique looking settlers, why did you?
A. My personal view about this mod was to give those settlers some uniqueness to lead a settlement.
By the way, let me tell you something my friend, there's going to be mod for every single thing for FO4
eventually in near future.

7. I prefer the vanilla looks, so can you...?
A. Okay, i understand. I may release a non-face lift version if there are enough requests.
