About this mod

Fully functional settlement located at the Red Rocket near Big John's Salvage. Map data, supply lines, settler transfers and Sim Settlements: all this works.

Permissions and credits
Fully functioning settlement in all ways. Settlement does the following:

* recruits new settlers once  a beacon is set up. 
* has starting happiness of 50 so it works just fine
* works fine with SIM SETTLEMENTS including IDEK's fabulous mod for linking resources (https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/28945)
* everything in the build area scrapable according to what scrapping mods you have. In Neeher's tute on this he assigned individual items for scrapping; I don't have the patience for that so you'll need a scrapping mod. I use "scrap everything" which is here: https://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/5320
* build area "boundary" is far more accurate than my last attempt. While the boundary does float a bit, you'll see it clearly defines the (not completely rectangular) build area. Pretty happy with that one.
* build area extends way up into the air; have a look at the images. These were taken IN BUILD MODE; no jetpacking here!

CAVEAT:

I was having problems getting the map data and the "send settler to..." list to work, but then I tried on a fresh game and it worked just fine. Perhaps one of the 200+ mods I've got running was conflicting with it...

Anyway, that brings me to the potential problem. I can't promise that all functions will work as shown in the images, I guess it depends on what mods you have installed. Even starting this settlement mid-game with 200+ mods running, I still got full settlement function and the worst result was no map data and an inability to send settlers here. I'd love to hear from you peeps any issues you have with this mod since I'm still in the embryo phase of working with the Creation Kit and want to improve both this settlement and my CK knowledge.
