Description:

This mod brings a functional new settlement to Fallout 4. Compatible with Sim Settlements and Nuka World (raiders jobs).

Location:

- The location is just behind the Pre-War Vault-Tec sign before Vault 111.

Features:

- A simple, functional settlement.
- A perfect alternative to Sanctuary Hills.
- A small story content.
- A legendary weapon.
- Workstations for survival players.
- Beautiful place in the forest, especially with the "4 Seasons" mod or similar.
- It works for all DLC's, also raiders jobs possible (Nuka World).
- Sim Settlements compatible.

Tips:

- You can attract new settlers with a Recruitment Radio Beacon.
- You can assign supply lines to the settlement.
- All objects in the settlement are scrappable to make the settlement according to your own wishes.
- The settlement is randomly attacked, as any other settlement in the Commonwealth.
- To get the legendary weapon, check out the letter on the desk in the main house.
- Watch out for bloodbugs.

Behind the scenes:

- The Emerald Necklace consists of a 1,100-acre (4.5 km2; 450 ha) chain of parks linked by parkways and waterways in Boston and Brookline, Massachusetts. It gets its name from the way the planned chain appears to hang from the "neck" of the Boston peninsula; to this day it is not fully constructed. In 1989 the Emerald Necklace Parks was designated as Boston Landmark by the Boston Landmarks Commission.

Issues:

- If the location with the settlement has already been visited / loaded before the installation of the mod, there may be problems with the script. If that happens it is recommended to use a new savegame.
