Welcome to the Terraform Project Page Jamaica Plain edition
What is it? I have redesigned the Jamaica Plain settlement area to make it much friendlier for settlement builders. The workshop build area has been increased and the terrain has been significantly smoothed over. I tried to balance having a realistic terrain that works well with with the existing structures while providing the builder with more flexibility. Now you can tear down most everything and build from the ground up without having to deal with the quirky terrain and piles of rubble.
Words of caution: (Very Important) This is my first published mod. As a precaution I suggest you follow some basic steps to protect yourself just in case there are unforeseen hiccups along the way.

Please refrain from using scrapall console command (for now)
The new settlement boundaries cover the Jamaica Plain town hall and the church just outside the vanilla build area. The interior of the church could disappear and zapping the townhall could make life difficult if you haven't cleared the basement yet.
Ok now on to the fun stuff!
