About this mod
Terraform Project transforms the landscape and boundary of the player settlement sandbox with the goal of creating a work space that easier and more flexible to build with.

What is it? I have redesigned the Coastal Cottage settlement area to make it much friendlier for settlement builders. The workshop build area has been increased and the terrain has been significantly smoothed over. On this one I focused on providing the builder with more flexibility. Now you can tear down most everything and build from the ground up without having to deal with the quirky terrain and piles of rubble.
