Overpass level access is by a 4 floor elevator connected to a 3 floor elevator. If you have problems with the elevators, there is also a connecting series of ladders.

This base includes at least one of every crafting station type, a recruitment beacon, 2 power-cycle 1000's (the non-lethal variant), a decontamination arch, a Vault-Tec Population Management System console and a separate shack for the Finch family.

In order to keep the item count down, decoration has been kept to a modest level. The overpass level is mostly complete, with a few bare spots. At the ground level, the living quarters and warehouse are entirely bare; the rest of the level has enough clutter to give an idea of each area's purpose.
