About this mod
This Version of Coastal Cottage contains a´Secret Laboratory. Beds and jobs suffice for 8 diligent settlers, who can keep up with their jobs in a safe environment. All you need are the Fallout 4 DLCs, since it was built without mods - aesthetically pleasing as possible.

It is one of the most uncomfortable & insecure places you stumble across - rather one of the sort: scrap all & start from scratch.
This blueprint however tries to keep the distinctive fealing of abandonedness and uses it for its theme:
Welcome to your new Coastal Cottage, General!
You may be surprised to find yourself owner of a high security laboratory. It is hidden underground and protected by a wide security zone around it. A good mix of power consuming and autonomous defence systems serves this purpos and further helps to maintain a high level of stealth. -The less people know about Coastal Cottage, the better!
Following this premise, all buildings and structures were carefully placed. Not too many, just enough to provide cover and let the scientists do their job. You may either use them to meet your populations need for medical supply or simply get some ´crazy ass shit Jet` / See the 2 Brahmins as a gift
But no matter what you choose it to be, don´t forget
Discreteley treated secrets are kept secrets
