Just wanted to drop a note and say your settlements are my all-time fave. No mod requirements, but still feels fully fleshed-out and very creative. Major kudos and thanks!
Great settlement! Btw, just thought I would ask, does this require any other mods? By that, I mean mods that would 'clean up' this area? I'm just asking because after importing this I'm getting weird game stuttering. I'm probably going to re-import it just to be safe.
It should be working just fine - the way you import it. Hopefully your 2nd import went better :) Scrapping can best be done afterwards, since I generally integrate as much of the surroundings as possible.
Seriously man, thank you so much for making these. You capture the vanilla feel of the game and the locations you choose perfectly. Too many mod authors go waaay over the top and require like 15 huge settlement mods to even work. Yours are even better than Gophers.

Congratulations! You've certainly succeeded in your goal of creating an air of "abandonedness" about the place. Perfect for this bleak and lonely stretch of coastline. Feels like it belongs there. Would it be possible to see some images of the bunker interior?
