- fixed the issue of bladesmen disarming you with a throwing knife.
Version 3
- Fixed red handle katana AP drain bug.
- moved the cryo effect to be handled by a script instead of the game engine as that seems to fail on removing the effect. added some slick frosty visuals.
  Removed the Face data from the main file so that I can upload faster. they will be loose files that are optional in the future.
Version 2
- added player check for fear effect that may fix Natural and Atmospheric mod compatibility. added more murder bounty notes (for you). Added some extra bounty personal notes explaining a few classes, DR and how to get to do bounties, if you're already there then the note is about you.
  changed the base threshold bounty for building to 250 instead of 100. added the custom colors to some of the missing face paints.
- Swamp sniper is now playable. Still a bit finicky but completable.
- i think i fixed the lingering objectives issue with some small script edits.
- fixed the music not starting for tier2's some now have custom music.
- Start paladin cross will now move to the target and help fight instead of just standing there for a tier2 bounty.
  removed the lore check on brotherhood for those that mod the main story.
  some tier 2s got some edits and fixes.
  The super flamer is not pickupable. If you have it then get rid of it before updating(super mutes only).
