I hate the heartbeat sound. It isn't immersive at all. This mod changes the sound to the sound of the character breathing heavy, grunting, and panicking.

This mod changes the heartbeat sound to the sound of the character breathing heavy, grunting, and panicking. This goes really well with Better Low Health 50, with or without the screen effect, as it makes the low health sound come in sooner.
