This mod is intended for sorrywerefull's Sound Of Pain mod, as the sound file for it is just an overwrite of the vanilla heartbeat sound, therefore increasing the volume of it will apply to the sound of pain mod. I did this by editing the sound descriptor files for the UIHealthHeartbeatALP and UIHealthHeartBeatBLP (Lowered Static attenuation (db) by -5 on both). I tested this only with the female voice in sound of pain, so if you're unhappy with how quiet/loud it is, you can easily change the values in fo4edit.
You can edit the mod in FO4edit like this. Make sure to edit both files.
Fun fact, you can edit volume of any sound in the game using this method, you just need to find the correct sound descriptor files for the thing you want to edit. This is also my first mod nexus so be sure to let me know if I did something wrong or anything. All feedback is appreciated.
